For shrinking the size of their spicy chicken sandwich by what looks like 50% ... not telling consumers ... and charging the same price. The sandwich used to be big and enough to fill you up. Had I known in advance (or been told when I ordered one) that they made it a LOT smaller I would have bought 2 spicy chicken sandwiches instead of only buying 1, taking it home, eating it, and still being hungry!
